Registered Expert of the International Organization for Standardization in China
The company's experts are appointed by the National Standardization Management Committee to serve as Chinese registered experts for the following international standardization organizations:
1) ISO TC274 Technical Committee on Light and Illumination
The main task of ISO TC274 is to develop and revise international standards in the field of light and lighting. Specifically, it involves the development of professional terminology, photometry, natural light, photobiology, non visual effects of light on the human body, energy-saving requirements and lighting applications, as well as standards for lighting fixtures and optical materials. These standards aim to ensure that the performance, quality, and safety of light and lighting products reach internationally recognized levels. By formulating these standards, ISO TC274 has promoted the standardization and normalization of light and lighting technology, enhancing the market competitiveness and user satisfaction of related products.
2) IEC TC76 Technical Committee on Optical Radiation Safety and Laser Equipment
The main task of IEC TC76 is to develop and revise international standards for optical radiation safety and laser equipment. At present, the main focus is on developing international standards for radiation safety related to light, including the series standard IEC60825-X for radiation safety of laser products and the series standard IEC62471-X for photobiological safety of non laser products (such as lamps and lamp systems). These standards cover the classification and requirements for optical safety of laser and non laser products, measurement methods and testing conditions for optical radiation, requirements for optical safety labels and instructions for products, optical safety control and reliability requirements for products, etc. The IEC 60825 series standards and IEC62471 series standards have a wide influence worldwide, including household appliances, medical equipment, children's toys, and general lighting products, all of which regard them as the basic basis for light safety, ensuring that the light radiation of products will not cause harm to the human body during use.
3) IEC TC110 Technical Committee on Electronic Display
The main task of IEC TC110 is to develop and revise international standards for electronic display devices and related components to ensure that the performance, quality, and reliability of these devices reach internationally recognized levels. These standards cover various aspects of electronic display devices, such as performance parameters and characteristics of display devices, measurement methods and testing conditions of display devices, quality assurance and reliability requirements of display devices, standards for components and accessories related to display devices, etc. At present, IEC TC110 has released multiple international standards, which play an important role in the research and development, production, testing, and use of electronic display devices and related components. In addition, the committee is constantly developing and revising new standards to adapt to the rapid development of electronic display technology and changes in market demand.
4) IEC TC100 Technical Committee on Audio, Video, Multimedia Systems and Equipment
The main task of IEC TC100 is to develop and revise international standards for audio, video, and multimedia equipment and systems. These standards cover multiple key areas such as audio and video encoding and decoding technology, multimedia systems, home networks and entertainment, digital audio and video broadcasting and transmission. By continuously developing and revising international standards, the committee actively promotes the widespread application and progress of audio, video, and multimedia technologies. At present, IEC TC100 has released multiple international standards, providing strong technical support for the research and development, production, testing, and use of audio, video, and multimedia equipment. The implementation of these standards not only improves the performance and user experience of related products, but also promotes the healthy development of the global audio, video, and multimedia industries.
5) IEC TC34 Technical Committee on Lighting
The main task of IEC TC34 is to develop and revise international standards in the field of lighting products, which cover safety, performance, and compatibility standards for lighting products such as light sources and fixtures, standards for control devices and related equipment, standards for lamp auxiliary equipment and electronic ballasts, etc. Among them, JWG21 is a joint standard working group established with the International Committee for Radiation Safety and Laser Equipment Technical Committee IEC TC76, mainly responsible for developing the photobiological safety standard IEC62471-7 for light sources and lighting products emitting visible light.
Other international standard research and international certification
The company's experts are deeply involved in the physical measurement of light and radiation, photobiology and photochemistry related technologies and standardization research of the National Lighting Committee CIE; At the same time, based on the leading role in international photobiological safety testing method standards, actively promote unified certification in various countries and regions around the world, and establish consistent testing laboratories.
1) Serving as the Chinese national representative for the CIE Sixth Division "Photobiology and Photochemistry" of the National Standard Lighting Committee
Representing the China Lighting Commission, responsible for coordinating international standard research and standardization of "photobiology and photochemistry".
2) Serving as a member of the "Photobiological Safety" group of the International Electrotechnical Products Conformity Certification Committee (IECEE)
